Bio
Recruited from Broadford, Kevin Green was a defender who played a supporting role for Essendon during a strong period for the club in the late 1950s. Coming into a side that was actively contending for finals, he found opportunities limited, managing just four senior appearances across the 1957 and 1958 seasons. He served as a depth player in the Bombers' backline before eventually leaving Windy Hill when he was unable to cement a regular spot in the senior 22. Following his two-year stint in the VFL, Green returned to his home club Broadford to continue his career in country football.
