Bio
Recruited as a mature-age prospect from VFA club Yarraville, Kevin Sait arrived at Footscray with a reputation as a prolific ball-winner after claiming the 1980 Field Trophy as the VFA Second Division's best and fairest. The creative rover made an immediate impression at the elite level, debuting against Essendon in 1981 and booting two crucial last-quarter goals to help seal a rare victory for the Bulldogs. Sait proved to be a natural accumulator of the football, averaging 21 disposals and kicking 18 goals during his solitary VFL season. Despite his high individual productivity, his stint at the Western Oval was brief, and he returned to the VFA to join Williamstown, where he cemented his legacy as a key member of the Seagulls' 1986 premiership side.
