Bio
Recruited from Richmond in the VFA, Len Martin arrived at Corio Bay in 1906, creating a unique slice of club history by lining up alongside his younger brother, Tom, for the season. While his brother's career was brief, Len proved to be a more enduring figure, though his time in the hoops was split into two distinct chapters. After a three-season hiatus following his debut year, Martin returned to the Pivot in 1910 and established himself as a reliable utility capable of swinging between half-forward and the back pocket. He became a fixture of the side during this second stint, adding consistency to the Geelong lineup before retiring at the end of 1913.
