Bio
Hailing from Tasmania, Len Norman was a crafty rover recruited from Launceston side City after impressing in a 1907 exhibition match. He immediately cemented his spot in the Melbourne lineup, missing just a handful of matches across two seasons and providing a dangerous avenue to goal with a career-high 11 majors in 1909. Despite his consistency at the top level, he transferred to the VFA in 1910 to take up a leadership role with Prahran, eventually serving as the club's captain before rounding out his playing days at Northcote.
