Bio
Born in Adelaide, Les Lee was recruited from North Adelaide and crossed into Victoria to try his luck with Richmond in 1913. He earned immediate selection for the Tigers, debuting in the season opener against Carlton and retaining his place for a second match against Collingwood. Despite this promising start, the South Australian could not establish himself as a regular fixture in the senior side and drifted out of the rotation, finishing his VFL career with just the two appearances to his name.
