Bio
Recruited from the Gippsland Power with pick 27 in the 2014 National Draft, Lukas Webb was a classy left-footed midfielder and half-forward known for his precise distribution and clean hands. He showed early promise by playing 10 games in his debut season, but subsequently found it difficult to cement a permanent spot in the rotation as the club entered its premiership window. With the Western Bulldogs boasting exceptional midfield depth during this period, Webb was often squeezed out of the senior side, though he became a key contributor to Footscray's VFL premiership victory in 2016. His momentum was significantly stalled by a serious neck injury sustained in the state league during 2018, and after managing just 24 senior appearances across five seasons, he was delisted at the conclusion of the 2019 season.
