Stats
Bio
A born-and-bred Port Melbourne local, Martin Pash crossed into VFL ranks to represent South Melbourne during the 1906 season. He showed immediate aptitude as a dangerous option near goal, averaging better than a major a game with a return of eight goals from his seven senior appearances for the Bloods. Despite this promising cameo in the top flight, he did not settle at the Lake Oval, opting instead to return to his local district the following year. Pash ultimately found his footballing home in the VFA, where he became a stalwart for Port Melbourne and later Melbourne City, kicking 67 goals across 77 Association games and proving himself a reliable forward long after his brief stint in the VFL concluded.
