Stats
Bio
Recruited from Norwood to join the Adelaide Crows' inaugural squad, Matthew Kelly was a tall utility who struggled to cement a place in the senior lineup during the club's formative years. Standing 191cm, he offered flexibility as a key position option but faced stiff competition for spots within a roster heavily stocked with experienced SANFL talent. Kelly managed just two senior appearances across two seasons—debuting in late 1991 against St Kilda and playing a solitary game the following year—before being delisted. Following his departure from the AFL, he returned to the Redlegs where he continued his career at state level.
