Stats
Bio
Recruited from the local Cheltenham Football Club, Neil Park was a mid-sized forward who earned a brief but promising opportunity with St Kilda late in the 1982 VFL season. Standing 183cm, he showed immediate aptitude in front of the big sticks, managing to boot five goals across his three senior appearances—a strike rate that hinted at genuine potential as a third tall option inside 50. Despite this solid return on the scoreboard and his ability to convert limited chances in a struggling team, Park was unable to cement a permanent place in the Saints' lineup. He remained on the list at Moorabbin for the 1983 season but did not add to his senior tally, eventually departing the club as a player who arguably warranted a longer look at the top level.
