Bio
Recruited from Vermont via the Eastern Ranges with pick 28 in the 1995 National Draft, Nick Trask was a nimble rover who relied on agility and pace. He broke into the Brisbane Bears' senior side late in the 1996 season, showing enough promise to be recalled for the club's Qualifying Final against Essendon at Waverley Park. Retained by the newly formed Brisbane Lions following the merger with Fitzroy, he added another seven games to his tally in 1997 but struggled to cement a permanent spot in a deepening midfield rotation. Trask remained on the list for the 1998 season without breaking back into the seniors and was delisted at the end of the year, finishing his AFL career with 12 appearances.
