Bio
Recruited from Woodend in the Macedon Ranges, Norm Hallett arrived at St Kilda as a mature-age recruit in 1919, joining the club as the VFL landscape began to normalise following the First World War. He immediately found a place in the Saints' forward setup, proving to be a capable goal-kicker who could hit the scoreboard when given the opportunity, highlighted by a three-goal haul against Essendon in just his fourth game. Hallett offered a reliable attacking avenue during a transitional period for the club, playing 16 games over two seasons before departing the VFL scene at the conclusion of the 1920 campaign.
