Bio
Originally a product of the GWS Academy zone who developed with the Oakleigh Chargers, Patrick Voss began his AFL journey on Essendon's rookie list but was unable to crack the senior side during his two seasons at Tullamarine. Despite winning the Bombers' VFL best and fairest award in 2023, he was delisted without an AFL debut to his name, only to earn a career lifeline at Fremantle via the Pre-Season Supplemental Selection. A physically imposing key forward known for his aggression and ability to crash packs, Voss seized his second chance in the west, utilizing his strong contested marking and accurate boot to become a dangerous option inside 50. Now established in the Dockers' lineup, he has successfully transitioned from a state-league standout to a reliable structural target at the elite level.
