Bio
The son of Collingwood Team of the Century member Des Tuddenham, Paul Tuddenham arrived at Victoria Park carrying the weight of a famous surname but looked to carve out his own niche as a zippy rover and small forward. Recruited under the father-son rule, he debuted in 1987 and displayed flashes of genuine goal-kicking ability that contrasted with his father's renowned rugged style. Despite showing early promise, he struggled to command a regular position in a strengthening Magpies lineup that was building toward a drought-breaking flag. While he played eight senior games during the historic 1990 season, he was squeezed out of the side for the finals campaign, eventually settling for a premiership medallion with the reserves before departing the club at the end of 1991.
