Bio
Recruited from Swan Districts in the WAFL, Ramsay Bogunovich was a towering 200cm ruckman who crossed to Victoria in the early 1980s to test himself at the highest level. While he found senior opportunities limited at Kardinia Park due to the strength of Geelong's big-man stocks, managing just six VFL games, he carved out a significant legacy in the lower grades. He became a cornerstone of the Cats' formidable Reserves outfit, anchoring the ruck in three consecutive premiership victories from 1980 to 1982. After his stint in Victoria, he returned west to play for West Perth and has since transitioned into a successful post-football career as a psychologist in Fremantle.
