Bio
Recruited from Swan Districts with pick 23 in the 2023 National Draft, Riley Hardeman arrived at Arden Street with a reputation for strong leadership after captaining Western Australia at the Under-18 Championships. A dashing half-back flanker possessing elite aerobic capacity and a piercing left foot, he was brought in to generate drive from the defensive 50 and link up play through the corridor. While his integration into North Melbourne's senior side was gradual, yielding 20 appearances across his first few campaigns, Hardeman has shown glimpses of his rebounding potential as he works to establish himself as a staple in the Kangaroos' defensive rotation.
