Stats
Bio
Recruited from the Calder Cannons with pick 7 in the 2010 Rookie Draft, Robert Hicks was a diminutive small forward who relied on pace and defensive pressure to impact the contest. After impressing for VFL affiliate Coburg, he was elevated to the senior list mid-season to cover for long-term injuries, earning his opportunity in Damien Hardwickâs rebuilding squad. Hicks experienced a dream introduction to top-level football in Round 18, 2010, booting a goal in a win against Adelaide on debut. However, the 176cm forward struggled to maintain that momentum or secure a permanent place in the Tigers' best 22, adding only two more games to his tally before being delisted at the conclusion of the 2011 season.
