Bio
Recruited from Mt Gravatt in Queensland with pick 64 in the 2008 National Draft, Rohan Bail carved out a career at Melbourne as a hard-running midfielder and defensive forward. Renowned for his elite endurance and aerobic capacity, he was often tasked with shutting down rebounding defenders or providing a link-up option on the wing where his work rate could be utilised. While his disposal efficiency occasionally drew criticism, his commitment to two-way running saw him become a consistent selection during a particularly difficult era for the Demons, playing the majority of his football between 2011 and 2014. Bail eventually fell out of favour as the club looked to rebuild its midfield depth under Paul Roos, leading to his delisting at the conclusion of the 2015 season.
