Stats
Bio
Recruited from Echuca in country Victoria, Roly Tasker was a diminutive rover and forward pocket who joined Hawthorn during the club's difficult early years in the VFL. Standing at just 169cm and weighing 67kg, he was small even for the era but managed to hold his place in the senior side for two seasons with the "Mayblooms." His career is statistically notable for an unfortunate reason; despite playing 21 senior matches, Tasker never celebrated a victory, playing in a winless 1928 season and three losses in 1929 before departing the league. He later served his country in the Australian Army during World War II.
