Stats
Bio
Recruited from VFA club Brunswick, Rowley Faust was a serviceable utility who earned a regular spot in the Carlton side during the 1923 season. Making the step up to the VFL after three seasons in the Association, he proved to be a reliable contributor, featuring in 13 games for a Blues outfit that finished third on the ladder. Standing 176cm, Faust primarily occupied a defensive role and failed to hit the scoreboard during his brief career, eventually departing Princes Park almost as quickly as he had arrived. While his time at the elite level was limited to a single winter, his ability to hold a place in a finals-bound team marks him as a capable footballer who played his part before slipping out of the League.
