Bio
Making his debut for St Kilda during the club's difficult early years in the VFL, Roy Adam managed just a solitary senior appearance for the Saints in the 1901 season. Following a two-year hiatus from the league, he crossed to Melbourne in 1904, where he found greater continuity and became a regular inclusion during that season's campaign. Utilised primarily in the forward half, Adam was unable to secure a long-term position in the Redlegs' lineup, adding only a handful of games the following year. His brief career at the elite level concluded after the 1905 season, marking him as a short-term contributor who served two foundation clubs during the competition's pioneering decade.
