Bio
Recruited from Waverley, Roy McDougall joined Fitzroy in 1930 but found it difficult to cement a regular spot in the senior side. His time at the Brunswick Street Oval was characterised by sporadic opportunities, as he drifted in and out of the lineup over three seasons without managing to impact the scoreboard. Serving largely as a depth player during a transitional period for the Maroons, McDougall managed just eight games in total before departing the VFL scene following the 1932 season.
