Bio
Recruited from the Bendigo Pioneers with pick 27 in the 2011 National Draft, Sam Kerridge was a hard-running utility who split his time between the midfield and the forward line. Best known for his elite endurance and capacity to perform defensive run-with roles, his time at Adelaide was defined by a singular breakout performance against North Melbourne in 2013, where he booted six goals in a dramatic comeback win. Unable to cement a permanent spot in the Crows' midfield rotation, he was traded to Carlton following the 2015 season effectively in exchange for Troy Menzel. Kerridge immediately became a regular contributor for the Blues, playing 21 games in his first year at Princes Park, but injury and form issues saw him drift to the fringe of the selected side before he was delisted at the conclusion of 2018.
