Bio
Scott Harding joined the Brisbane Lions as a Queensland zone selection, earning his opportunity through strong form as a rookie elevation. A pacy small forward and midfielder, he was best known for his defensive pressure and running capacity, which saw him feature regularly in the senior side throughout 2007 and 2008. However, Harding struggled to cement a permanent position due to inconsistent ball use and finishing, leading to his delisting by the Lions after 48 games. He was thrown a career lifeline by Port Adelaide via the pre-season draft for the 2010 season but could not replicate his earlier continuity, adding just two games to his tally before his AFL career came to a close.
