Bio
Recruited from Wedderburn in the North Central Football League, Scott Sutcliffe was a rover who struggled to establish a permanent place at senior level during a brief VFL career in the 1980s. After managing just four senior appearances across three seasons with Melbourne, he crossed to Richmond seeking greater opportunity. However, he found regular selection just as difficult to come by at Punt Road, adding only five games to his career tally over two years before departing the league.
