Bio
Recruited from Sale via Wesley College, Stuart Anderson established himself as a valuable contributor to North Melbourne's mid-1990s dominance. A skilled midfielder and half-forward with clean hands and a penetrating kick, he earned a Rising Star nomination in 1995 and played a pivotal role in the club's 1996 Premiership triumph. Despite his success at Arden Street, his career took a sharp turn when he was traded to Fremantle following the 1997 season in a direct swap for Winston Abraham. While the trade proved a masterstroke for the Kangaroos, Anderson struggled to settle in the west, managing only a handful of appearances for the Dockers before departing the club midway through 1999.
