Stats
Bio
Recruited from West Melbourne, Ted Larsen was a steadfast defender who provided depth to North Melbourne's backline in the post-war era. A traditional back pocket specialist focused purely on negating opponents rather than offensive rebounding, he notably completed his VFL career without registering a single goal. His tenure at Arden Street peaked during the 1950 season, where he cemented his spot in the senior side and played in the Grand Final loss to Essendon. While he often found himself on the fringe of selection throughout his nine seasons, Larsen remained a serviceable contributor for the Shinboners until his departure in 1954.
