Bio
A product of West Footscray, Terry Wilkins was a developing winger who broke into the Bulldogs' senior side in 1973. Despite managing 20 games over two seasons at the Western Oval, he was cleared to Melbourne on a free transfer, where he spent another two years adding depth to the Demons' midfield rotation. While he could find the football, Wilkins struggled to establish himself as a permanent VFL fixture and eventually departed the top flight with 34 games to his name. He subsequently carved out a distinguished career in the VFA with Sandringham, where he captained the club, finished runner-up in the J.J. Liston Trophy, and was later named on the wing in the Zebras' Team of the Century.
