Bio
Recruited from the Bendigo Bombers via the rookie list, Tom Campbell has carved out a career as a reliable journeyman ruckman, valued highly by list managers for his professionalism and ability to provide immediate depth. His seven-season tenure at the Western Bulldogs saw him largely serve as an understudy to Will Minson before being squeezed out by the emergence of Tim English. Campbell subsequently joined North Melbourne as a rookie to support Todd Goldstein, then moved to St Kilda, where he continued to demonstrate his quality by dominating at state league level, eventually winning the J.J. Liston Trophy with affiliate Sandringham in 2022. A physically imposing ruckman known for his strong contested marking and competitive tap work, he joined his fourth club, Melbourne, ahead of the 2025 season to provide experienced insurance for Max Gawn.
