Bio
Recruited from Richmond City, Tom Lee was a centre half-forward who broke into the Collingwood side during the latter stages of the inaugural 1897 season. Standing 180cm, he offered a capable target in attack and retained his place for the club's historic round-robin finals campaign, notably kicking a goal in a victory over Melbourne. Although he showed promise by participating in high-stakes matches so early in his career, Lee's time at the top level proved fleeting. He added just a single senior appearance in early 1898 before departing Victoria Park, leaving a legacy as a player who briefly featured in the league's very first finals series.
