Bio
Originally selected by Adelaide in the 2008 National Draft, Tom Lee failed to make a senior appearance for the Crows before returning to the WAFL, where he re-established his credentials as a premiership player with Claremont. His dominance at state level prompted St Kilda to recruit the mature-age key forward in 2012 via a trade with Greater Western Sydney, a move that notably cost the Saints pick 12. Despite arriving with expectations of becoming a focal point in attack, Lee struggled to translate his prolific WAFL form to the AFL arena, showing only flashes of his marking ability while battling for consistency. After a brief experiment in defence during his final year failed to revive his prospects or cement a place in the best 22, he was delisted at the conclusion of the 2016 season.
