Bio
Recruited from the Olympic Youth Club, Trevor Lloyd arrived at the Junction Oval in 1971 as part of a gifted intake of youngsters that included future club icon Garry Wilson. Standing 189cm, Lloyd was a versatile size for the era, settling primarily into a role across the half-back line and back pocket where his height allowed him to compete effectively in the air. He also demonstrated the capacity to swing forward and hit the scoreboard when required, most notably booting 10 goals during the 1972 season. While his senior opportunities became limited in his final years, he remained a dedicated contributor to the club's depth, featuring in Fitzroy’s 1974 reserves premiership side before his VFL career concluded at the end of 1975.
