Bio
Zac Antonellos is a dynamic forward and midfielder who has emerged as a promising prospect from the Eastern Ranges. A product of the Sharks Junior Football Club, he made an early name for himself as a bottom-ager in the Ranges' 2025 Coates Talent League premiership, highlighted by a crucial three-goal performance in the Grand Final. Although fitness struggles delayed the start of his 2026 campaign, Antonellos quickly reminded scouts of his talent upon returning. He earned selection for Vic Metro at the Under-18 National Championships, showing his class as a lively link player in attack in his sole appearance.
Operating primarily as a high forward with the ability to push onto a wing or into the midfield, Antonellos is lauded for his speed, toughness and elite vision. He is clean at ground level, delivers the ball effectively inside 50, and presents strongly on the lead with surprisingly safe hands overhead. While his lack of continuity this year has created some intrigue among recruiters, his dynamic attributes secured an invitation to the national draft combine. Widely rated a top 50 prospect, he is firmly on the radar for clubs seeking a smart, hard-running playmaker.
