Bio
Selected by Port Adelaide with the ninth pick in the 2009 National Draft, Andrew Moore arrived at Alberton as a promising big-bodied midfielder with the physical attributes to impact contested situations. The younger brother of Richmond defender Kelvin Moore, his development was frequently hampered by injuries and inconsistent form, which made it difficult for him to cement a permanent spot in the Power's best 22 over six seasons. After being delisted by Port Adelaide at the end of 2015, he was thrown a lifeline by Richmond as a delisted free agent, offering depth to the Tigers' midfield. However, Moore managed only five appearances in the yellow and black before being delisted a second time, finishing his AFL career as a hard-at-it utility who struggled to translate his high draft pedigree into regular senior opportunities.
