Bio
Arriving in Victoria as a premiership ruckman from North Adelaide, Bob Pascoe was a formidable physical presence who combined brute strength with surprising ground-level agility. He made an immediate impact at North Melbourne, establishing himself as a primary ruckman who could drift forward and hit the scoreboard, culminating in a third-place finish in the club’s 1967 best and fairest. His time at Arden Street ended acrimoniously due to a pay dispute, leading to a high-profile transfer to St Kilda in 1968 where he was joined by his brother, Barry. While Pascoe added valuable steel to the Saints' lineup, his first season at Moorabbin was marred by a heavy twelve-week suspension, and he eventually concluded his playing days as a captain-coach for Burnie in Tasmania.
