Bio
Recruited from the Murray Bushrangers with pick 39 in the 1994 National Draft, Danny Stevens arrived at North Melbourne as the younger brother of future club legend Anthony Stevens. A diminutive rover and small forward, he faced the significant challenge of breaking into a star-studded midfield during the Kangaroos' dominant late-1990s era. While he possessed good pace and goal sense, opportunities were scarce under Denis Pagan, restricting him to just 15 games over four seasons as the club contested three Grand Finals. Unable to cement a regular spot in the senior lineup amidst such squad depth, he was eventually delisted at the conclusion of the 1999 season.
