Bio
Gerald Ugle was a talented small forward secured by Greater Western Sydney as one of the club's inaugural 17-year-old concession selections. Hailing from Beverley via the Perth Demons in the WAFL, he possessed pace and a neat left foot, attributes that saw him join the Giants a year prior to their entry into the AFL competition. Ugle made his senior debut in Round 17, 2012, eventually playing three games and kicking one goal as the young squad struggled to find its footing. Following his delisting at the end of the 2013 season, he returned to Western Australia and established himself as a respected leader at state league level, notably captaining Peel Thunder to back-to-back WAFL premierships.
