Bio
Recruited from Central District with pick 8 in the 2013 Pre-Season Draft, Jack Hannath was a mature-age ruckman brought in to provide immediate depth for Fremantle's tall stocks. He made his debut in the opening round of the 2013 season and played 12 games in his rookie year, capitalizing on long-term injuries to first-choice ruckman Aaron Sandilands. Capable of competing in the air and drifting forward to impact the scoreboard, Hannath featured in the club's famous Qualifying Final victory over Geelong at Kardinia Park, though he was ultimately omitted for the remainder of the finals series upon Sandilands' return. Unable to permanently displace fellow rucks Zac Clarke and Jon Griffin, he spent the next three seasons on the fringe of selection, adding just eight more games to his tally before being delisted at the conclusion of the 2016 season.
