Bio
Recruited from the Brunswick Amateurs, Kevin Easton was a towering figure for North Melbourne during the 1950s, standing 193cm tall—a significant height for the era. He operated primarily as a ruckman who could drift forward and impact the contest, a versatile skillset evidenced by his ability to finish his career with more goals than games played. Despite his size and scoring potential, Easton’s time in the VFL seniors was intermittent, limited to just 28 appearances across five seasons at Arden Street. His influence on the game extended well beyond his playing days, however, as he later transitioned into high-level administration and served a prominent tenure as the Club Secretary for the Geelong Football Club.
