Bio
Recruited from Corowa in the Ovens and Murray Football League, Michael Redenbach was a rover who represented North Melbourne during the club's extensive rebuilding phase in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He made his debut as a teenager in 1967 and showed promise as a goal-kicking midfielder, often resting forward to impact the scoreboard. Despite his utility, Redenbach found it difficult to secure a regular position in the senior lineup, managing 59 appearances over seven seasons as the side fluctuated in form. He played his final season under the newly appointed Ron Barassi in 1973, departing Arden Street just prior to the club's rapid ascent to its maiden premiership era.
