Bio
A local recruit hailing from the Barwon Football Club, Mick Holligan was a forward option who briefly broke into the Geelong lineup during the early 1900s. He earned his debut in the 1904 season and managed to hit the scoreboard during his limited opportunities, averaging a goal every second game. Despite showing some capability near the big sticks, Holligan found it difficult to secure a permanent place in the Pivotonians' senior side, making just a handful of appearances across two years before drifting out of the VFL system.
