Bio
Recruited from Kyabram, Ray Baxter served a brief tenure as a forward for Richmond during the 1925 VFL season. He made his debut in the opening round against the newly admitted Hawthorn, kicking two goals in what was the Mayblooms' first-ever League match, before adding a third major against Carlton the following week. Despite finding the goals in both of his senior appearances, Baxter could not hold his place in a strong Tigers side that would eventually make the Preliminary Final, concluding his VFL career after just two games.
