Bio
Recruited from local club Geelong West, Terry Callan established himself as a reliable back pocket for the Cats during the early 1960s. He was a steady defensive presence who played his role with discipline, featuring prominently in a strong era for the club that culminated in the 1963 premiership victory over Hawthorn. Although his VFL career concluded after just five seasons, Callan's legacy at Kardinia Park extended well beyond his own playing days, with his son Tim later wearing the hoops before finishing his career with the Western Bulldogs.
