Bio
Recruited from the Old Paradians in the VAFA, Frank Considine arrived at Glenferrie Oval as the youngest of three brothers to represent Hawthorn during the 1950s, joining siblings Bernie and Maurie in the brown and gold. Standing 175cm, he was a smaller utility who debuted in 1954 but found it difficult to cement a permanent spot in the senior lineup during a challenging developmental period for the club. He played sporadically across four seasons, managing just 21 games and a single goal as he drifted in and out of the selected side. While his individual VFL career was brief, he remains part of a significant family legacy at Hawthorn, with his brother Maurie later serving as a long-time assistant coach and club life member.
