A composed midfielder-forward distinguished by his high football IQ, clean hands in traffic, and precise disposal inside 50, Taylor's integration into the senior side was hampered by injury setbacks, most notably a structural foot issue that derailed his 2023 season. Despite possessing the technical skill to impact matches, he has found it difficult to unseat established names in the Crows' midfield rotation, managing 26 games leading into 2026 as he fights to cement a regular spot in the senior lineup.
