Fantasy

Selected by Geelong with pick 11 in the 2023 National Draft, Connor O'Sullivan arrived at Kardinia Park as an athletic key defensive prospect from the Murray Bushrangers. Distinguished by his elite endurance and intercepting capability, he offered the Cats a versatile option capable of playing tall or small in the back half, drawing early comparisons to teammates due to his running power. He broke into the senior side in 2024, gradually accumulating experience within a seasoned defensive unit as he adjusted to the physical demands of the top level. With 26 games under his belt through 2026, O'Sullivan has solidified his standing as a central figure in Geelong's long-term defensive succession plan, viewed as a future anchor for the back six as the club's veterans transition out of the game.
